Prepare the Data Behind a Quote
Use measured values when possible. Separate facts, targets and assumptions.

- Composition, feed form, liquid to remove and relevant safety information.
- 02 Capacity
- Feed kg/h or wet load kg/batch, plus expected hours or cycle time.
- 03 Moisture
- Initial and target values with wet or dry basis and the test method.
- 04 Process limits
- Temperature, particle quality, solvent, dust, corrosion and cleaning needs.
- 05 Utilities and site
- Power, heat, cooling, atmosphere, exhaust, layout and access limits.
- 06 Scope and evidence
- Required tests, records, documents, installation and responsibility boundaries.
Do not know a value? Write “Unknown”. The workflow checks form completeness; it does not select a dryer or create a price.
