Industry names can organize a website, but they do not select a dryer. Start with the material form, drying objective and main process risk. Every example below requires material testing and review by a real supplier.

State moisture in and out, the moisture basis, target powder or particle properties and the rate or batch load with units.
Identify heat damage, sticking, breakage, abrasion, corrosion, solvent, dust, contamination and emissions before selecting a test.
03 / Claims and evidence
The pharmaceutical and food examples do not claim GMP, FDA, sanitary construction, validated cleaning or containment. The battery example does not claim oxygen control or contamination performance. The environmental example does not prove that a variable waste stream can be processed safely. Those requirements need written project data, an agreed scope and evidence from the actual supplier.
Testing should use a representative sample and record the operating conditions. If the feed changes by season, supplier or upstream process, define the expected range. Acceptance criteria should name the test method and distinguish workshop checks from results that depend on installed site utilities.
